AI education for your teams

Stop guessing. Start building with AI.

The Build Room is a one-day, hands-on workshop where your team learns how AI actually works, then builds real AI tools, live in the room. Every attendee leaves with something working, or you don't pay.

No fluff. No hype. Twelve people, one day, real AI built.

The problem

You don't need another tool. You need a way through.

You are not behind. You just haven't had the right guidance. Here is what it usually looks like inside a company that is trying to work this out alone.

01Scattered

Three tools, no direction

Three people on your team are already using three different AI tools, and none of them know what the others are doing.

02Unproven

Spend with nothing to show

The AI spend keeps growing, but nobody can point to what it has actually changed in the way the work gets done.

03Unfair

It all lands on one person

Everyone is waiting for someone to make sense of it. That is not a fair thing to put on one person's desk.

It shouldn't be this hard. Navigating a shift this big deserves real guidance, not more noise, more tabs, and more hype.

Why us

We've been on the other side of "figure it out."

We spent years in IT support, sitting with people through exactly this kind of overwhelm. New systems, new tools, and the pressure to just work it out. We know what that feels like from the inside, not from a textbook.

Learned by building, not by reading

We did not come to AI as theorists. We learned it hands-on, then built a teaching method that holds up in a room full of people with real jobs and real deadlines.

Built for how South African companies work

Based in Cape Town, travelling to Johannesburg and Durban. We know the local budgets, the sign-off process, and the compliance questions your team will ask before they touch anything.

Your tools, not another subscription

We build using whichever AI tools your company already pays for, whether that is Google, OpenAI or Claude. Nothing new to procure before the day can happen.

What the day is

No slides you'll forget by Friday.

There are no invented statistics on this page. We would rather tell you exactly what the day is and let you judge it on that.

One day

Start to finish, and nobody loses a week.

12 seats

A hard cap, so every person gets hands-on time and help.

2 rounds

Build, prioritise what actually matters, then build again in pairs.

You keep it

Whatever gets built in the room leaves with the person who built it.

How it works

Three steps from overwhelmed to building.

The first step costs nothing and takes fifteen minutes. If the Build Room is wrong for your team right now, we will say so on that call.

1

Book a free 15-min AI audit

A quick, no-pressure call. We learn where your team is and share a few approaches that could genuinely help. We are not implementing anything on this call, just pointing you at what is worth exploring.

2

Get a straight recommendation

We tell you honestly whether the Build Room fits your team right now, what it would cost, and what to focus the day on if you go ahead.

3

Build Room day

We start with the landscape: where AI is, where it is going, and how to use it well. Then the room gets hands-on, building real tools on real work, using the tools you already have.

Our promise

Everyone leaves with something working. Or you don't pay.

Every attendee walks out with a working AI tool built for a real task from their own job. If that does not happen for every person in the room, no invoice is issued. No exceptions, no partial credit.

What success looks like

A team that's building, not talking about AI.

Your team walks out already using what they built. They know how to spot a task worth automating, put a tool together for it, and keep going long after we leave.

For you, that means a team that isn't scrambling every time something new launches. People who can evaluate and use AI properly, so the business moves with the shift instead of getting left behind by it.

No more guessing. No more quiet worry about falling behind. Just a team that is ahead of it, and knows it.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Anything not covered here, ask it on the audit call. Straight answers, no sales pressure.

Who is this for?

HR and L&D leaders, and directors with teams who want practical, hands-on AI skills without the overwhelm. It works best for companies between 20 and 200 people.

My team already uses AI a bit. Is this too basic for us?

The day opens with the landscape, so most people find gaps even if they use AI daily. From there we build using whichever tools your team already has, so the level stays relevant to where you actually are.

Do we need any AI experience beforehand?

No. The day starts with the foundations before moving into building, and the room is capped at twelve so nobody gets left behind.

What do we actually walk away with?

A working AI tool built for a real task from your own job, plus the understanding to build more of them without us.

What if it doesn't work for someone in the room?

That is the guarantee. If every attendee does not leave with a working starting point, you do not pay.

Do you build the tools for us?

Your team builds them, with us guiding the room. That is the whole point. It is how the skill sticks after we leave.

What's the investment?

It depends on team size and scope. We walk you through it on the free audit call, once we know what the day needs to cover.

Where do you run these?

In person at your offices. We are based in Cape Town and travel to Johannesburg and Durban.
